Meals at Home

If you are looking for food for several days, the best thing to do is include dishes that can easily be taken from your fridge or freezer and reheated. While all of the dishes included in this website are options, these are better designed for easy use at home.

Be aware that the food that I leave will have to be packaged for fridge or freezer storage, so how you plate your meals will be up to you!
